Praise Band Workshop & Contest

Dwayne will be leading an exciting day of training and coaching for youth and college praise bands this summer! Tuesday, July 26, join Dwayne for the Pure Praise Youth and College Praise Band Workshop! Juan DeVevo, lead guitarist for Casting Crowns, will also be teaching at the workshop.

Then the day will be topped off with a Band Contest and Coaching Event! 10 bands will have the amazing opportunity to play in front of a panel of expert coaches and receive encouraging and helpful feedback. And one of those bands will get to play at Ignite 2011, a large festival in Pell City, AL in August.

    The Arbor Youth Band

    We have just recruited a youth band to The Alexander City First United Methodist Church Arbor. The band is led by 17 year old Wes Scott. I would like to submit them for the contest.

    Hey Kimberly, thank you for wanting to sign up your youth band for the workshop and contest. We would love to have them!! Please note that you will need to register in order for them to attend. And you will need to complete the Band contest application in order for the band to qualify to compete in the contest.
