From our international Intensive Schools, we choose sharp, hungry-to-grow leaders who want and need to be mentored.

Match with a Mentor

After a vetting process, we pair these reliable leaders with quality leaders from our community who can pour into them.

Mentor for 6 months

Mentoring pairs meet weekly online to talk and pray together. They may also go through a book or Bible study together.

FAQs

How much time might this take?

Mentors spend, on average, 3-4 hours each month meeting and communicating with their ML (mentored leader).

Who do I contact if I need support?

You will not be alone in this effort. Our mentorship leaders have been through the mentorship process themselves. These team leaders are passionate about mentorship. They will help guide you during your mentorship time to ensure the mentorship is valuable for you and your ML.

Are there resources to help me prepare?

Yes! To become a mentor you will complete an online training that helps you prepare for your mentorship and feel ready to go!

Am I qualified to mentor someone?

Mentors are not experts, but they are passionate to help others and pass on what they have learned in ministry. The materials provided are great conversational tools useful for encouragement. Typically, the ML is joyful and humbled just to know there is another leader praying for them and encouraging them along the way.

Can I sign up to be mentored?

We only mentor leaders who have been vetted through one of our training courses such as the Intensive School or an online course. If you are interested in being trained in some way, contact us.
