Hey everyone, we will be giving away one FREE registration to the All About Worship Retreat — a $350 value! All you have to do is leave a comment on this post stating why you would like to go to the All About Worship Retreat, which will be May 20-22 in Overland Park, KS. We will randomly select one name from those who leave comments. We will announce the winner the first week of April. Be sure you can attend or you can send someone in your stead if you cannot.
Dwayne will be the main speaker at the retreat where he will be teaching 4 times. Several other well-known artists and worship leaders will also be at the retreat, including Tommy Walker, Darrell Evans, Jared Anderson, and more! You don’t want to miss this amazing and unique opportunity!

While there are an almost endless number of worship conferences that address different aspects of performance, the AAW retreat hits on the area where I feel like God is calling me to work most: my relationship with Him. While I enjoy being entertained and led in worship, I pray frequently to be changed. My hope is that the retreat would provide additional tools to facilitate that growth.
If the retreat were closer in proximity to my Northwest locale, I would have already jumped on the opportunity to attend. Much like Mathew (previous commenter above), it’s not currently financially viable for me or my church to cover the cost of the retreat, travel, and lodging.
Plus, I was not able to purchase a signed copy of Pure Praise, so attending gives me the opportunity to have Dwayne take care of it in person.

I would love to join you for this event. I just finished “Pure Praise” a couple of weeks ago. It really spoke to me on a level nothing in my life ever has. Music ministers to me in a way nothing else does and I am trying to help my little country church become more worship minded. We sing a few hymns, but to call it a worship service would be an understatement. Any help I can get would be much appreciated. My husband is the pastor and is ready for more in worship, but they are very old fashioned in their thinking it’s been hard. We’ve only been here a year and a half and we are making slow progress. Thank you for all you do, especially for the book. It helped me in ways I could never express. God Bless!

Hey folks, this should be a fantastic retreat. Several members of our worship team went through the Pure Praise book last year. One member in particular was going through a rough time, healthwise. She found so much comfort and freedom to worship in the midst of her pain, it really made a difference in her life. I found it very thought-provoking, as it caused me to take stock and review my own spiritual life and worship.

I am the worship leader at our church. Along with many other churches, our budget was cut this year and the line item for conferences was deleted. This conference is in a location that would make it possible for me to attend without an airline fee. My husband is also our sound tech and could possibly come too. I work part time at our church and I homeschool our girls to I couldn’t attend without financial assistance.
I work with an incredibly talented group of musicians … we are always ready for the next challenge musically! -

We are currently a small country church but God has recently placed a burning desire in a core group to expand and do more for the kingdom. As a volunteer worship leader, working a FT job with a busy family life, I can run myself into the ground. I like to attend a worship conference at least once a year to refuel, get new ideas & inspiration, network with others, and most importantly worship a great and mighty God. Because we’re a satellite church, unfortunately we don’t have a lot of money in our worship budget so an opportunity to go free would be awesome. Plus since I live in Des Moines, Iowa it’s only a shirt 3 hour drive away.
