Aporna Sakar

I’m Aporna Lucy Sarkar lives in Dhaka Bangladesh, I’m serving as a worship leader and motivator from the past 22 years in building a community of worship. Responding to God’s call from 2016 I’m serving as a Program Coordinator in the Sacrifice Inter Church Ministry. Me and my husband Philip B Sarkar relentlessly working on our vision to make the next generation proficient and strong in worship. Besides, I regularly teach about worship & ethnodoxology in our school of worship . I am a voice artist and worship song writer. At the same time, one of my goals is to encourage the formation of worshiping societies and missions among different ethnic groups. The Bible verse that reinforces my philosophy is, “Romans 14:8, CSB: If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord

I got connected with NLWI as an online worship coaching student. When I was searching resources to learn more about worship that time, I came to know about NLW from their website. NLW helps me to meet with global worship community and share each other experience to grow more for HIM. Through NLW resources, I’m learning a lot about worship. I am very glad to be associated with NLW. We have a great unity of philosophy and vison.
